Rules

In accordance with the community’s rules and for your safety, please obey the following:

  1. No excessive noise beyond 10pm (Please don’t play loud music).  Though you may notice that other guests of nearby resorts or even locals may still be noisy beyond this time, let’s be nice and follow Liwliwa’s rules.
  2. Don’t swim if you are drunk and don’t bring alcoholic drinks by the shore. We don’t want our guests to drown. Note that many guests take this warning lightly not knowing that people drown here often. Remember that our beach is a surfing beach.
  3. Please keep our home neat by not bringing dirty slippers or any footwear inside the room and the comfort room.
  4. Bringing food and alcoholic drinks inside the room is not allowed.
  5. Please take good care of our home. You will be responsible for any damage or loss and will be charged for a repair replacement.
  6. Don’t leave your valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  7. Don’t smoke near the huts. We don’t want our home to burn down. In addition. Don’t throw your cigarette butts anywhere. Kindly place them in the provided ashtrays.
  8. Don’t feed the dogs and cats.
  9.  Lastly, please help us save water and electricity. Don’t leave the aircon or the fans if you won’t be in the room. Don’t leave the showers and the faucets running. We don’t charge as high as other resorts so please be considerate.

We would also like to inform you about the following things:

  1. Liwliwa experiences water shortages, especially during weekends. We have water drums for this issue. If you don’t want to use the water we’ve stored, please wait until later in the night because the water pressure gets stronger by then most of the time.
  2. Liwliwa also experiences power shortages. We don’t have generators like other resorts. They only last for about an hour sometimes.

We’re also short on employees. We don’t earn much to hire more at the moment. We can’t assist you with all your requests because we also run our kitchen on the weekends. Please be kind and do the things you can do on your own.
